In the past few chapters, God has given Moses instructions to build and make some complicated things from a tabernacle, to an altar for incense covered in gold. But Moses is just one guy! How is he going to do this? And some of the things God requires are not easy to make! How is he going to build this?
Chapter 31 verses 2-6, "See, I have called by name Bezalel...and I have filled him with the Spirit of God, with ability and intelligence, with knowledge and all craftsmanship, to devise artistic designs, to work in gold, silver, and bronze, in cutting stones for setting, and in carving wood, to work in every craft. And behold, I have appointed with him Oholiab...And I have given to all able men ability, that they may make all that I have commanded you..."
God calls Moses to build all of these things, then God gives Bezalel, Oholiab and all able men the ability to accomplish what needs to be accomplished!
God does the same thing for me. God calls me to do a number of different things. Then He gives me the ability to accomplish what He requires. There is no use for excuses saying "I can't do it" because if God is going to ask us to do something, the ability to accomplish it will be there!
