Day 262

I think it is pretty cool what the series of events is that took place.

After much struggle, the wall to the city was finished, the people returned, and, most importantly, the first thing after everyone is moved in is Ezra reads the law for the people.

This time around, they are making it a point to have a firm foundation in the Lord and are blessing God and worshiping Him.

Not only is the law read, but there are priests going through the people explaining what is being read so the people fully understand. That is even more important.

This shows me that it is so important to have a foundation in the Lord. Also to have a good foundation in God's word. Only then can one stand.
