"The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make His face to shine upon you and be gracious to you; the Lord lift up His countenance upon you and give you peace." (chapter 6 verses 24-26)
This blessing was recited quite often at my church growing up. I always thought it was a great blessing, but I did not know it came from Numbers.
I love this blessing because it covers everything" blessings, safety, grace, peace and His favor. Beyond these, there is nothing else. What a wonderful God we serve.
