Day 142

Once again, we can take lessons from Solomon in public relations. He brought Hiram, the king of Tyre, to do all of the bronze work for the temple. Hiram made several items for the temple, some large. This would have taken months, if not years to accomplish.

That just amazes me that Solomon and Hiram had such a great relationship, that Hiram would leave his country to make the things for the temple.

To me, Hiram's actions speak volumes of how to be a great friend, that you would leave your kingdom to help another friend. And also, it says a lot of Solomon, to have the humility to go to, what was once an enemy, to ask for help; to swallow your pride in order to strengthen a relationship.

These to me are wise actions to keep in mind.
