In this scripture reading, Elisha passes away and he was buried. Something amazing happens, even after Elisha is dead.
2 Kings 13 verse 21 says, "And as a man was being buried...the man was thrown into the grave of Elisha, and as soon as the man touched the bones of Elisha, he revived and stood on his feet."
Whoa! I cannot imagine the look on those who were burying him when he stood up after they believed he was dead! I also think it is something to think that the spirit of the Lord was still with Elisha even after he was dead!
I believe the power of the spirit of the Lord can do anything and I thank the Lord that he passes his spirit on to me just for being His child and putting my faith in Him!
