I wonder what it would be like to be exalted by the Lord. Chapter 4 verse 14 says, "On that day the Lord exalted Joshua in the sight of all Israel, and they stood in awe of him just as they had stood in awe of Moses, all the days of his life."
There was something physically done to Joshua by the Lord because it was done in the sight of all Israel. Something that took them back so much, they were in awe of Joseph.
The Israelites were in awe of Moses whenever he came from talking to the Lord because Moses's face would be shining. I wonder if something similar happened to Joseph?
I'm not sure, but I wish I could have seen it. It just goes to show the glory of the Lord and what happens when we are in a close relationship to Him. This is what I need to strive for.
