How cool is this! Joshua, with the Lord's help, conquered 31 kings in all (chapter 12 verse 24) and fulfilled God's promises to inhabit the promised land of Canaan. I think this is so cool because these kings were banding together to defeat Joshua, but who can stand against anyone when the Lord is on their side!
I have to keep this in mind. When I feel potentially overwhelmed or feel like God cannot overcome, I have to remember Joshua and how the Lord was on his side and know that the Lord is on my side too!
